Role and Responsibilities of Fashion Team Associate:

The Fashion Team Associate supports apparel operations by maintaining merchandise presentation, assisting customers, and contributing to a clean and efficient sales floor. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

Support apparel and fashion department operations during assigned shiftsMaintain merchandise presentation by stocking, organizing, and zoning product displaysEnsure apparel areas remain clean, safe, and customer-readyAssist customers by answering questions and helping locate merchandiseSupport fitting room, recovery, and closing activities as neededFollow company standards for pricing, signing, and merchandise placementIdentify damaged, misplaced, or shrink-prone merchandise and take appropriate actionCollaborate with team members to support store goals and daily prioritiesAdapt to changing business needs and assist in other store areas when requiredComply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrityRequired Skills and Experience of Fashion Team Associate:

Ability to work part-time mid-shift and closing schedulesStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to stand, move, and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftAbility to complete required job trainings and assessmentsPreferred Qualifications:
