Fashion Team Associate

Role and Responsibilities:

The primary purpose of the Fashion Team Associate role is to support sales and merchandising initiatives, maintain high visual standards, and enhance the shopping experience for members. You will actively engage with members, manage inventory, and assist in the overall operation of the fashion department.
• Assist members with product selection, styling advice, and fashion recommendations.
• Organize, merchandise, and maintain apparel displays to meet company visual standards.
• Stock shelves, replenish inventory, and ensure product availability throughout the store.
• Process merchandise accurately, including tagging, pricing, and organizing seasonal items.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve department goals and sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized department, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Participate in training and development to stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge.

Required Skills and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in fashion or retail is a plus.
• Prior retail or customer service experience, preferably in apparel or fashion sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage members and provide exceptional service.
• Attention to detail in merchandising, product presentation, and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems and point-of-sale operations.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with retail inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and apparel styling.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as required.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or club retail environment.
