For 20 years, Sloan has been known for elevated customer experience, personalized styling, and creating welcoming spaces where customers feel confident, inspired, and taken care of. We’re looking for a fashion loving, people oriented stylist to join our team and grow within a strong, supportive retail environment.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, building outfits, and turning styling into a thoughtful, hands on experience.
What You’ll Do
Provide personalized, one on one styling for customers
Build complete outfits and make thoughtful product recommendations
Create meaningful customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
Confidently drive sales while maintaining a welcoming, low pressure environment
Support daily store operations and keyholder responsibilities (opening/closing)
Maintain elevated visual standards throughout the sales floor
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, team focused atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
Retail, styling, or customer facing sales experience preferred
Genuine passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience
Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers
Motivated, dependable, and proactive
Team oriented with a positive attitude
Comfortable working weekends and peak retail hours
Previous retail or styling experience is preferred, but we’re open to training someone with strong people skills, professionalism, and a genuine passion for fashion.
