Responsibilities and Duties • Warm and friendly demeanor, a people personwho knows how to make work fun. • Use product knowledge and selection to provide exceptional service to customers and build your sales • Creation of content for Instagram and Tik Tok • Assist in online inventory management and order fulfillment for handinpocket.com • Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new merchandise, and remind them of upcoming events • Supports leadership in daily operations and merchandising tasks Qualifications and Skills • Must have a good eye for how to present things and put them together • Fashion credible, up to date on current trends and contemporary fashion brands. Experience with Shopify a plus • Prior key holding responsibilities a plus
