We are currently seeking to fill full time opportunities at our boutique in Smyrna, GA Vinings and our new location in Buckhead West Paces Road.Responsibilities and DutiesWarm and friendly demeanor, a "people person"who knows how to make work fun.Use product knowledge and selection to provide exceptional service to customers and build your salesCreation of content for Instagram and Tik TokAssist in online inventory management and order fulfillment for handinpocket.comBuild lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new merchandise, and remind them of upcoming eventsSupports leadership in daily operations and merchandising tasksQualifications and SkillsMust have a good eye for how to present things and put them togetherFashion credible, up to date on current trends and contemporary fashion brands. Willing to take risks with fashion and be an early adopter of new trends.Previous retail experience working in specialty women's apparel industry is highly preferredDriven to deliver superior service by exceeding customer expectationsDemonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and co-workersAble to work well as a team player in a fast-paced entrepreneurial work environmentStrong organizational and follow-up skillsExcellent verbal and interpersonal skillsOpen to growth and development, highly coachablePresents a professional image in appearance, words and actionsBe a self-starter and use good judgment in all situationsProficient with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel.
