About the Role
We are seeking a Fashion Stylist & Boutique Experience Specialist to join our retail team in Las Vegas. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, customer service, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
The successful candidate will assist customers with styling recommendations, support daily boutique operations, and help maintain a welcoming and organized retail environment.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with outfit selection and styling recommendations
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
Maintain merchandise displays and sales floor presentation
Organize, restock, and manage inventory
Process sales transactions and returns
Receive and unpack shipments
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Assist with boutique events, promotions, and product launches
Support social media and marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Interest in fashion, styling, and retail sales
Previous retail, boutique, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic technology
Ability to lift and move merchandise when necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Fashion styling experience
Boutique or specialty retail experience
Visual merchandising experience
Social media experience including Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok
