Description The primary focus is to sell the customer what is right for them... A day in the life • Set and achieve sales goals, for both in-store and digital selling with effective use of selling tools (inclusive of text and social media) • Initiate service consultations by asking open-ended questions to learn the customer's preferences and needs • Build lasting relationships with customers by following up on purchases, suggesting new products and inviting them to upcoming events • Grow sales by focusing on appointment-based selling, utilizing technology and opening new Nordstrom Rewards accounts • Be an entrepreneur, create events in the store, and network in the community • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships within each Beauty brand to identify key focuses and products • The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on business needs We’ve got you covered Our employees are our most important asset and that’s reflected in our benefits.
