Company Description Chel Bella is a designer women’s clothing boutique showcasing leading names and emerging trends in contemporary fashion. Chel Bella’s style is defined by attitude rather than age, welcoming clients with diverse personal aesthetics. Daily responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising standards, keeping displays organized and on-trend, and supporting sales by suggesting complementary pieces and new arrivals. The Fashion Stylist will collaborate with the team to meet sales goals, participate in in-store events, and stay updated on current and upcoming fashion trends relevant to Chel Bella’s clientele. Candidates should possess strong Fashion Styling and Wardrobe skills, with an eye for fit, proportion, and trend-aware outfit building.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to build long-term client relationships.Candidates should possess Sales skills, including client engagement, product recommendations, and comfort working toward sales targets.Candidates should possess a strong interest in contemporary and designer fashion, with the ability to learn and communicate brand and product details.Relevant experience in retail, boutique styling, or personal styling is preferred; visual merchandising experience is a plus.Ability to stand for extended periods, work evenings/weekends as needed, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
