Your Responsibilities:
Brighten Customers' Days: Your smile creates happiness! Engage customers with the Windsor 4-step Selling Method to create a positive shopping experience.Showcase Your Style: You have a flair for fashion and take pride in wearing Windsor products. Your styling tips will help customers feel confident and satisfied with their purchases.Maintain Store Excellence: Your dedication shines through in store presentation. From changing mannequins to tidying up, your work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement contribute to the overall store atmosphere.Innovate: As a creative thinker, seek new ways to enhance customer experience and store value.Embrace Integrity: Uphold Windsor policies and procedures with honesty and accountability.Value Teamwork: Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, respecting every team member and promoting diversity.What Makes You Stand Out: You are adaptable, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be at least 16 years of age.

Physical Demands: This position involves frequent standing, walking, observing, bending, and pushing. Strong communication skills in English, the ability to handle store equipment, and flexibility in working varied hours/days are essential. You'll need to access all areas of the store, including the selling floor and stock area, and lift merchandise up to 25 pounds. The work environment is fast-paced with varying indoor temperature conditions.
