As a part-time Fashion Stylist at Windsor, you are the face of our brand and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to our fashion-loving customers! Your mission is to inspire and empower each shopper, turning their visit into a memorable experience. You’ll showcase your passion for fashion by styling our customers from head to toe, creating a joyful and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Smile and create happiness for our customers by utilizing the Windsor 4-step Selling Method.Express your incredible style and enthusiasm for Windsor products, providing styling tips that help customers feel confident in their choices.Maintain pride in your store by ensuring visual merchandising is on point, keeping the area clean, and being proactive in store upkeep.Show creativity in your approach, always seeking innovative ways to enhance the customer experience.Uphold integrity by following all Windsor policies and procedures diligently.Work collaboratively with a diverse team, embracing an inclusive environment for all team members.Be flexible and reliable with your schedule to accommodate store needs.Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years of age.A competitive spirit with a drive to meet personal and store goals.Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Enjoy a generous 40% discount on all Windsor products year-round, along with additional discounts throughout the year. We also offer opportunities for development, ongoing training, and potential advancement; many of our leaders started as stylists!
Our flexible scheduling is designed to fit your lifestyle. The role involves standing, walking, observing, bending, and pushing. You’ll need to access all areas of the store, including the selling floor, stock area, and register area, as well as operate necessary equipment. You may need to climb ladders, handle merchandise weighing from 0-25 pounds, and work varied hours/days to ensure smooth store operations.
