The collection is also available at exclusive department stores worldwide such as Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue, select specialty stores, and our website.

What is a Professional Fashion Stylist? A professional Fashion Stylist has a love for fashion, enjoy trends spotting and have an eye for style. They must develop the essential skills of dressing by body shape, identifying and styling for the correct skin tone, and expertise of styling women for some of life's most important occasions. Recognizing and meeting your client’s needs. You need to be able to empathize and help your client create their own look that they love, not just dress them in what you would prefer. With a sharp eye for detail and the ability to think on your toes, to be confident and energetic to make decisions on the fly. Our staff members are titled professional stylist because they give fashion advice to ensure that clients will be able to showcase their desired fashion image. In general, our stylists are able to combine the latest fashion trends with the client's personal taste which is critical to ascertain that they will be able to convey the look that the client wants to achieve. In addition they will be the liaison between client and seamstress for any alterations that need to be completed on behalf of the client for the perfect look on their special day.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures opening and closing checklist tasks are completed daily
Providing excellent customer service through our selling process
Accurately & relentlessly selecting merchandise to create head to toe looks for clients
Starting and maintaining personalized fitting room for each client
Building strong and lasting relationships with clients
Participating in the overall upkeep of the store
Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of product
Contributing to achieve and surpass the store’s daily, weekly, & monthly sales goals’
The ability to engage, relate, & captivate customers on a personal basis
A true fashionista, as shown in his/her wardrobe & style
Up-to-date with all fashion trends in accessories, shoes, & apparel
Giving customer expert advice after accessing there needs and wants
Knowledge of garment fit & basic alteration techniques
Computer savvy and ability to learn new programs and apps quickly
High School diploma or equivalent

QUALIFICATIONS:

5 years experience as fashion stylist or sales associate in luxury clothing, evening wear, or bridal
Basic knowledge of the alteration process of high end evening wear or luxury clothing
Computer proficient with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, twist, reach forward, and exercise repetitive foot and wrist motion and finger dexterity.
The employee must frequently lift and carry up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds, occasionally pushing and pulling up to 30 pounds

SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED:

Reports directly to the Retail Store Manager and National Sales Director. Does not exercise supervision over any position.

COMPENSATION:

Base hourly wage ($20-$25 an hr) + Commission
Potential to make up to $100k year based on sales

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
