Your Role:

As a part-time Fashion Stylist at Windsor, you represent our brand and play a crucial role in delighting our fashion-savvy customers! Your focus is on inspiring and empowering every individual who walks through our doors. You'll express your personal style and passion for fashion while providing exceptional styling that transforms shopping into an unforgettable experience.

Your Responsibilities:

Bring joy to our customers by engaging with them warmly and enthusiastically, utilizing the Windsor 4-step Selling Method.Showcase your unique style and love for Windsor's products, offering styling tips that instill confidence in our customers' choices.Maintain the store's visual appeal, whether it's adjusting mannequins, tidying up, or hanging new arrivals, while continuously seeking to learn and grow.Think creatively to enhance the shopping experience and deliver exceptional value to our guests.Uphold integrity and adhere to all Windsor policies and practices.Collaborate and respect your team, valuing diversity and fostering an inclusive atmosphere for everyone.Your Key Attributes:

The role entails frequent standing, walking, observing, bending, and exerting strength. Ability to communicate, read, and write in English is essential. Candidates must be able to:

Access all sections of the store, including the sales floor, stock area, and cash register space,Operate necessary store equipment,Climb ladders,Handle store merchandise and supplies (typically weighing up to 25 pounds),Work varying hours and days to ensure smooth store operations.The environment is fast-paced, and temperature conditions may fluctuate.
