We are a close-knit team of fashion lovers and are looking for new team members who are fun, friendly and love clothes just as much as we do!

As part of the Avenu team, your job will be to represent the brand and provide a personal and unforgettable in-store experience. Get ready to learn the ins and outs of how to run a successful boutique, participate in buying and merchandising & help plan in-store and offsite events. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Customer Experience:

Maintain a friendly, helpful and authentic shopping environmentBuild and cultivate client relationshipsKeep a high level of customer service and product knowledgeMerchandising/Visuals:

Be an expert of current fashion trends in the industry and our brandSupport merchandising strategy and assist with merchandise curationEnsure store reflects Avenu branding and standards at all timesSocial Media:

Take photos for instagram & other social media (@shopavenu)Come up with creative ways to use social media to generate salesParticipate in influencer outreach and blogger collaborationsOperations:

Ensure store presentation and organizationEvaluate customer trends, listen to client feedback and communicate potential changesHelp plan fun shopping events and promotionsWHAT YOU HAVE:

1+ years related retail experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA dedication to making people happy and consistently elevating the customer experienceStrong attention to detail with the ability to multitaskWilling to work weekends & holidays when neededMust be motivated & a team playerWHY YOU SHOULD WORK WITH US:
