Duties
• Assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories that match their personal style and needs, providing expert styling tips.
• Curate visually appealing displays and merchandise products to highlight current trends and seasonal collections.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on fabric quality, fit, and styling options.
• Maintain and Organize Sales floor.
• Assist with marketing tasks.
• Upsell complementary items and promote special offers to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism
Requirements:
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience or live selling online is a plus..
• Speaking Mandarian is a bonus! Bilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse customer bases effectively.
• A good sense of style
