Fashion Stylist

Eleanor and Hobbs is a contemporary women’s clothing boutique specializing in elevated casual clothing, accessories, and home goods. Located in the heart Rocky River, Ohio, the boutique provides a curated shopping experience. Eleanor and Hobbs is committed to offering high-quality and stylish options that reflect a modern yet timeless sense of fashion.

This is a part-time, on-site Stylist role based in Greater Cleveland. The Stylist will assist customers by providing personalized styling advice and recommendations to meet their individual preferences and fashion needs. Other responsibilities include maintaining a visually appealing store layout, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Stylist is also expected to stay informed about the latest fashion trends to deliver an elevated shopping experience.

Qualifications
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to provide a welcoming and engaging experience for clients.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and product curation.
• Attention to detail in maintaining visual merchandising and store organization.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in retail, sales, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Passion for fashion and a keen sense of style.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus.
