Role Overview Responsibilities • Style male models for social media content shoots (reels, TikTok videos, campaigns) • Create full outfits using ABOVE pieces + model footwear/accessories • Ensure cohesive styling that matches brand identity • Prepare outfits before shoot day (racks, accessories, steaming, organization) • Style on set in real time (adjusting fit, swapping outfits, fixing proportions) • Collaborate with creative director and videographer to match the shoot mood • Maintain garment quality, cleanliness, and organization • Occasionally help source accessories or additional styling pieces Requirements • Strong understanding of modern men’s streetwear • Experience as a stylist OR strong portfolio (IG/TikTok outfits acceptable) • Knowledge of fit, silhouette, color coordination, and layering • Ability to quickly put together looks under time pressure • Attention to detail and creative eye • Reliable transportation to LA shoot locations • Comfortable working with male models and giving direction Pay: $22.52 - $40.00 per hour • What is your instagram?
