Temp to Perm (Part-time Schedule) A men’s retail clothing store is searching for a smart, incessantly organized, and fashion-conscious Stylist for trendy and traditional men’s clothing. The ideal candidate is an articulate person thoroughly updated on the dynamics of rapidly changing trends and traditions in men’s fashion for men of different shapes and backgrounds. Apart from having a creative eye, the following are the skills required: • Excellent familiarity with the current styles, brands, fashion shows, and labels • Ability to style based upon a customer’s personality and fashion-sense • Good work ethics • Strong communication skills • Risk-taking attitude • Diligent work ethics • Ability to multitask efficiently • Sound knowledge of marketing and advertisements • Updated about art, media, and design • Appealing sense of style • Familiarity with social media • Understanding of different physiques • Time management • Knowledge of the various traditions, cultures, and their attires • 20 hours per week in the store, with some flexibility regarding work hours/days Other, Nice to Have Requirements: • Proven work experience as a Fashion Stylist • Degree, plus 3+ years in a previous professional position within a small retail business • Meticulous and detail-oriented style of dressing • Ability to work independently and with a team • Reliable, punctual, ethical, and responsible work habits • Exceptional verbal, written, research, and analytical skills • Tech savvy; Website, Instagram, Twitter, etc. This is an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity to evolve your work skills within a growing organization.
