Fashion Store Systems and Technology Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Fashion Store Systems and Technology Manager to join the Banana Republic team. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for managing and developing the store systems and technologies that make our retail processes run smoothly - from inventory and customer management to payment systems and beyond.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT and retail management, a proven track record of successfully developing and improving store systems and technologies, and the ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in software development, business intelligence, and analytics is also a must.We are looking for a creative self-starter who loves a challenge and can bring innovative ideas to the table.
