Job Responsibilities The Brand Representative plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for guests while driving sales and profitability. Primary responsibilities include: • Welcoming every guest with a smile, determining their needs, and offering styling recommendations; • Achieving personal sales goals by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell; • Collaborating with the team to maintain store standards and deliver a world-class guest experience; • Maintaining product knowledge and understanding merchandise features, benefits, and pricing; • Ensuring shelves and displays are stocked, organized, and visually appealing; • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system; • Assisting with inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting inventory counts; • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including safety protocols; • Reporting to work as scheduled, recording time worked accurately, and remaining flexible to meet business needs;
