HART’s Store Manager is a whip-smart, go-getting, proactive, and organized leader who is passionate about delivering an exceptional retail and customer service experience. This collaborative role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a larger team in a high volume environment and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Store Manager supports all store functions and reports to the Retail & Events Manager. ❏ Communicate and demonstrate the HART brand aesthetic to the sales team and customer acting as a brand ambassador ❏ Drive execution of store experience through delivering an exceptional customer experience with a focus on quality, engaging with customers, and acting as a “charm therapist” ❏ Foster a detail oriented environment to inspire team to continuous improvement and sales goal achievement ❏ Provide in the moment coaching to sales team to optimize sales experience and maintain quality interactions and engagement ❏ Act as a mentor and leader on the sales floor (and off!)
