Join Our Fashion Retail Team We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our H&M Group retail team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive and inclusive store environment. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and engage with customers to provide personalized service and build strong relationships • Maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers • Unload delivery trucks, receive merchandise, and label items according to company guidelines • (Process and stock garments, replenish inventory, and ring transactions accurately and efficiently) • Educate customers about our loyalty program and promote brand awareness • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure store operations run smoothly Qualifications: • Passion for customer service and helping others find their style • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively • Inclusive, positive, and creative attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and bend/stretch as needed • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights and weekends
