Fashion Store Assistant Manager/Women's Apparel

We are looking for a competitive Experienced Assistant Store Manager: Fashion Retail Sales to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization. Responsibilities - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service - Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards - Maintain a fully stocked store - Ascertain customers needs and wants - Recommend and display items that match customer needs and support multiple sales - Welcome and greet every customer - Manage point-of-sale processes - Keep up to date with product information - Accurately describe product features and benefits - Follow all companies policies and procedures Skills - Must have proven working experience in retail sales in *apparel, shoes, and/or accessories* to be considered for the position - Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices - Track record of over-achieving sales quota - Solid communication and interpersonal skills - Customer service focus This is a permanent position. - Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality - Basic administration skills - High school degree or higher - Computer literacy with ability to quickly learn the point of sales system and navigate different functions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.54 - $23.53 per hour Benefits: - Dental insurance - Employee discount - Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Paid time off - Vision insurance Experience: - sales: 2 years (Required) - shoe or clothing: 1 year (Required) - Retail management: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
