The Creative Director oversees all creative outputs, fosters a culture of experimentation and collaboration, and ensures the team stays ahead of industry trends. • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team (Associate Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters) • Oversee creative outputs across the Style Social team • Guide creative vision from concept through post-production • Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture • Provide mentorship and constructive feedback • Ensure work is strategic, creative, and polished • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders • Stay current with social media trends and ensure social media is inline • Ability to work across fashion, beauty, and home teams
