Fashion Show Student Assistant Director

General purpose: The Assistant Directors of the Fashion Show work in tandem with the Director in order to curate a vision for Office of Mission & Community Learning’s Annual Benefit Fashion Show. They are a constant support to the Director and help to assess and determine the needs of the team. Summary of Essential Functions • Support the Fashion Show Director in making timely arrangements for successful execution of the fashion show • Curate and ordinate the selected designers and supervise the Photography/Graphic Design/Videography team. Minimum Qualifications • Experience and knowledge in the fields of fashion and/or event management • Remain in good social and academic standing with a minimum GPA of 2.5 • Must be a currently enrolled MICA [junior or senior undergraduate or graduate] full time student at time of employment • Sincere desire to support Office of Mission & Community Learning events and MICA • Commit to one-year employment (fall and spring semesters) Physical demands and work environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
