Our target audience is young adults and we have a wide selection of brands and styles. Role: Fashion Shift Lead/ Keyholder, flexible on-site role. This role supports daily store operations, including supervising team members, opening and closing procedures, and ensuring an organized, welcoming sales floor. Experience in retail or resale fashion is a must! High level of customer service, cash handling, and store operations.Leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and support team members in a diverse, inclusive environment.Interest in fashion trends and sustainable resale practices, with an eye for quality, style, and brand recognition.Clear, professional communication skillsComfort with basic technology and point-of-sale systems; willingness to learn store-specific software.Availability days, evenings, weekends, & holidays as neededPrevious supervisory experience is +++.
