Requirements/Skills: Work with the Design Director in developing seasonal concepts and color stories that speak to the brand. Develop the strategy to meet seasonal product assortment needs that hit garment costing targets, deliver on all timeline key milestones, and align with merchandising plans. Setup tech-packs using company standard specifications, construction details, technical sketches & more Knowledge of basic pattern making, fit, garment construction, sample measuring Works within a creative team to produce innovative patterns/repeats & strong silhouette sketching Generate computer sketches with correct pattern, colors, graphics and trims using AI and/or PSD Requesting specific types of prints and or re-colors of existing prints You have a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related fields. 8+ yrs experience as a designer, responsible for all facets of development 4+ yrs of managing a team and delivering on strategic line development. Perform other duties as necessary, when there is down time MUST have the ability to meet multiple deadlines Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment Must be able to take direction well, and multi task
