Fashion Sales/Stylist Associate

OverviewPosition Overview:Winston is looking for full-time and part-time retail selling specialists and stylists to join the team within a first-ever physical store for a top National Retailer! We are looking for sales associates with a passion for fashion and styling, providing exceptional customer engagement, and a drive to meet sales goals.Compensation: $20-22/hour based on experienceResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:- Engage and connect with customers. - Suggest items and outfits to meet customers’ needs and exceed their expectations- Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc. )- Provide product and brand knowledge to customers- Assist with special projects as assigned by managementQualificationsIdeal Candidate:- Enjoys talking with customers and building relationships- Loves fashion and styling- Tech savvy- Good at multi-tasking, organized- Team player- Strong written and verbal communication skillsDress Code: Business casual work attirePreferred Experience:- High-end Retail, Sales, or Customer Service- General retail operations or inventory management- Visual MerchandisingRequirements:- High School Diploma or GED- Strong communication & organizational skills- Able to lift boxes up to 35 pounds- Ability to work a schedule that requires weekendsShifts & Schedules available:- Days & evenings- Wednesday-Sunday- Weekends availability preferred
