About the Job This role is responsible for supporting Management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through personalized service and product recommendations; • Utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty; • Maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as pricing and visual standards; • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a fast and efficient register experience; Requirements
