Revive Boutique is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales and Styling Expert to join our team. This role is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience through personalized styling advice, building meaningful customer relationships, and driving sales. Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized styling consultations to customers, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
Deliver an exceptional in-store experience, creating a welcoming and engaging environment for every customer.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to offer informed recommendations.
Actively identify customer needs and provide tailored product suggestions.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through exceptional service and rapport-building.
Manage inventory and ensure the sales floor is organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked.
Qualifications:
3-5 years experience working in a sales environment.
Strong passion for fashion and styling with a customer-first mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
High level of attention to detail and confident decision-making skills.
Collaborative and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
