Role Overview This Sales Associate role is an exciting opportunity to join our fashion-obsessed team at Chico's. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience and maximizing profitability. About the Position • Drive sales results by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, and participate in visual directives including monthly store sets and zone maintenance • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent required; retail or sales experience preferred • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to learn or adapt to technology and work a flexible schedule Compensation and Benefits Estimated salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year, based on location and experience.
