As a Fashion Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store team and management in achieving sales targets through effective execution of various operational tasks. Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales and KPI objectives.Proactively build new client relationships and explore innovative business development strategies.Maintain an organized client database and enhance sales through appointments and regular follow-up communications.Collect and analyze client data to foster strong relationships.Reach out to clients regularly to strengthen connections.Stay updated on St. John products, market dynamics, and fashion trends.Promote brand and relationship values to enhance customer engagement.Effectively communicate and promote St. John's marketing initiatives and events to drive sales.Handle multiple projects and priorities efficiently and on schedule.Exhibit professionalism in communication and teamwork with clients and colleagues.Represent the store as the responsible manager when scheduled.Ensure accurate processing of all POS procedures in alignment with company standards.Open and close the store in compliance with company protocols.Address client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.Collaborate with Store and Field Management and corporate partners as needed.Maintain store cleanliness and organization according to company standards.Engage actively in non-selling tasks and loss prevention measures.Contribute to Monthly Touch Bases and required Store Meetings.Assist in visual merchandising to ensure alignment with company standards.Support accurate inventory management and related processes.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Exhibit professionalism in all interactions with clients, coworkers, and management.Maintain high standards of quality in work, attendance, and appearance.Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 2-5 years of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.Exceptional client engagement and selling skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to stand, walk, and squat throughout the shift, carry up to 40 pounds, and navigate ladders or stairs as needed. Majority of your shift will involve client interaction, requiring flexibility for varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
