Key Responsibilities: The Shoe Associate will be responsible for: • Providing a friendly and welcoming environment for customers, including greeting and acknowledging every customer. • Maintaining product knowledge and assisting customers with purchases. • Processing and replenishing merchandise, monitoring floor stock, and performing various tasks related to store operations. • Communicating customer requests to management and participating in year-end inventory and cycle counts.
