Overview As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Management in promoting a customer-focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations. Key Responsibilities • Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers; • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintain pricing and visual standards; • Maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and other duties as directed by Management; • Participate in visual directives including monthly store sets and zone maintenance; • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience; • Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns; • Ensure a fast and efficient register experience, remaining current on policies regarding payments, coupon acceptance, returns and exchanges, security practices and other applicable operations; • Reinforce buying decisions at the checkout and achieves add-on goals including gift card sales; • Sign up clients for reward programs; • Build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing; • Maintain consistent client communication through utilization of customer book; • Support replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant; • Assist with locate fulfillment; • Assist with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc.
