Join our team at our Boutique location in Birmingham, Michigan. You will be part of a tight-knit team and work closely with our Warehouse in Rochester Hills. We are a small business with big ambitions. The Position (may vary day to day, involves some of the following): • Maintain open, positive and constructive communication with team members • Provide exceptional customer service at our boutique (face to face) and via email/phone for our in-store and online customers • Build lasting relationships with clients by bonding with them, understanding their desires, providing advice – “be memorable” beyond the sales process and providing follow up via phone/email • Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets • Receiving & unpacking incoming new arrivals • Steaming, tagging, daily in-store tasks • Working with the team to ensure the Boutique is clean, tidy and presentable • Process, package and fulfill online orders • Quality control & process online returns • Proficient and accurate use of POS Skills Required: • Previous experience as a Sales Manager in fashion and/or accessories is a must • Exemplary advisory abilities and your unconditional sense of customer service • Knowledgeable on products • Driven to achieve results within deadline • Keep up to date with company news and current market trends • Strong teamwork • Be positive and proactive • Empathy: attentiveness and powers of observation, pleasure in customer contact
