The Role

We’re looking for a full-time Sales Lead who genuinely loves fashion, styling, and selling. This is not a sit-in-the-back-office management role — you’ll be on the floor creating relationships with customers, building head-to-toe looks, driving sales, and helping set the tone for the entire store.

The right person is confident, extremely OUTGOING, fashion-obsessed, and thrives in a high-energy environment. You know how to turn a browser into a loyal customer and make people feel amazing when they walk out the door.

What You’ll Do

Create an elevated, fun, and highly personalized shopping experience
Style customers and help build complete looks
Drive sales through strong customer connection and product knowledge
Help lead and motivate part-time stylists on the floor
Keep the store visually fresh and trend-forward
Assist with day-to-day store operations including inventory, merchandising, and opening/closing tasks
Collaborate with the owner and social media team on content ideas and brand presence

What You Bring

Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion
Strong sales ability and confidence interacting with customers
A natural eye for styling and current trends
High energy, strong communication skills, and a team-first attitude
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced boutique environment
Understanding of the college demographic and student shoppers

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
