This is not a sit-in-the-back-office management role — you’ll be on the floor creating relationships with customers, building head-to-toe looks, driving sales, and helping set the tone for the entire store. What You’ll Do Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion Strong sales ability and confidence interacting with customers A natural eye for styling and current trends High energy, strong communication skills, and a team-first attitude Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced boutique environment Understanding of the college demographic and student shoppers If a customer came in and said "I'm just looking", how would you follow up?
