Key Responsibilities • Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable for achieving brand and performance standards • Perform and oversee basic operational activities, including opening and closing duties, and merchandise flow processes • Supervise associates engaged in sales, inventory receipt, reconciling cash receipts, or performing services for customers • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, and present and display merchandise accordingly
