Responsibilities • Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling • Build lasting relationships with customers • Provide the best service to customers on their terms • Offer honest feedback to customers about style and fit • Maintain department readiness through stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning • Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts • Flexibility to perform duties in various departments as needed Qualifications • Passion for fashion and styling • Experience in retail or sales is preferred • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers • Ability to adapt to varying schedules and business needs
