Responsibilities: Web Management • Maintain and update our online storeadding/removing products vendors and images • Assist with fulfilling and managing online orders • Support photo shoots for new product launches Styling & Sales • Check in and prepare new merchandise for the sales floor • Greet customers warmly and provide expert styling advice • Develop relationships with customers to build loyalty and repeat business • Highlight product knowledge and boutique services to enhance the shopping experience • Process transactions update customer accounts and maintain accurate sales records • Keep the store visually appealing and organized • Work toward achieving sales goals What Were Looking For Passion for fashion and trends Strong customer service skills and a friendly engaging personality Basic computer proficiency (uploading files completing online forms) Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required Ability to work Saturdays (required) and occasional after-hours events Energetic detail-oriented and a team player
