Summary

As a Stylist at Janelle James Boutique, you will play a key role in providing personalized styling services to our customers. Your expertise will help enhance their shopping experience while promoting our unique fashion offerings. This position is essential for maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and style.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized styling advice to customers based on their preferences and needs.
Assist customers in selecting outfits and accessories that enhance their personal style.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise as needed.
Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly.
Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills.
Stay updated on current fashion trends to provide informed recommendations.
Merchandising and inventory support.
Assisting in the every day ins and outs of running the boutique

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a fashion environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
Experience with POS systems is a plus but not required.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
