What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate & Buyer, you'll play an important role in every part of our business:

Deliver exceptional customer service from the moment every customer walks through our doors.
Build relationships with customers while helping them find clothing, handbags, shoes, jewelry, and accessories they'll love.
Buy gently used fashion items from customers using our proven buying process.
Learn designer brands, current fashion trends, and pricing strategies.
Price, tag, merchandise, and replenish inventory.
Create attractive displays that inspire customers to shop.
Operate our POS system for purchases, buys, returns, and transactions.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store.
Work together with your team to achieve sales goals and create an outstanding shopping experience.

Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using computers and technology.
Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout your shift.
