Fashion Sales Associate – Streetwear & Sneakers

We are a streetwear, footwear, and music merchandise store catering to customers of all ages. We are looking for motivated sales associates who can represent the Dress Code lifestyle and help customers feel confident in what they wear. This position is best for someone who has previous retail or sales experience, enjoys fashion, and has a strong record of reliability, customer service, and consistent performance. Previous retail sales experience A proven history of meeting sales goals Experience working in fashion, footwear, streetwear, or a customer-facing sales role A stable work history and strong professional references Experience helping customers select outfits, shoes, or accessories Must be 18 years or older Comfortable using a computer and retail systems Well-spoken and able to communicate professionally Strong written communication skills Motivated to work and learn Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, the brands and products we sell
