We are looking for a competitive Experienced Assistant Store Manager: Fashion Retail Sales to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. MUST have a minimum 5 yrs past experience in retail sales in apparel, shoes, and/or accessories in order to be considered. Skills • Must have proven working experience in retail sales in apparel, shoes, and/or accessories to be considered for the position • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices • Track record of over-achieving sales quota • Solid communication and interpersonal skills • Customer service focus • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality • Basic administration skills • High school degree or higher • Computer literacy with ability to quickly learn the point of sales system and navigate different functions Job Type: Full-time
