About the Role: The Fashion Sales and Service Director is responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences at our Bellevue Showroom. This involves leading by example, managing team members in real-time, and upholding Indochino's customer experience standards. Key responsibilities include: • Daily management of customer appointment calendars • Managing customer issues with professionalism and tact • Assisting in training and onboarding new Style Guides • Acts as a subject matter expert on fit, product, and customer experience Requirements: We are seeking a sales-driven individual with strong leadership and communication skills. You should have a keen understanding of menswear products, fit, and the fit process. Additionally, you must be able to remain calm under pressure, lead a team during high-energy situations, and execute on timelines and expectations autonomously.
