**Overview:** As a Fashion Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through our fashion trends and products, and contributing to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house. You will work closely with the rest of the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience and help drive sales targets. **Responsibilities:** • Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store, and supporting them with direct customer service • Use fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information with customers and promote our products • Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives • Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions • Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team • Retain and share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues • Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store • Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop, and support each other • Participate in relevant available onboarding, introduction processes, and trainings and courses relevant for your role and future development • Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care • Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes • Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) • Support with garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends, and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines • Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on sales floor • Upkeep and follow best practice for any in-store OMNI Services and in-store tech services/tools, etc. **Qualifications:** We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who has: • Sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment • Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries • Fashion and trend awareness • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Ability to understand and follow store procedures and policies • *Benefits:** • Competitive hourly rate of $17.50 • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, company match retirement plan, paid leave programs, and paid time off, including a community day to serve your local community • Employee discount at H&M, & Other Stories, and COS • Access to Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs) for community and networking opportunities • Opportunities for career growth and development • Inclusive and diverse work environment with a commitment to diversity and inclusion
