Fashion Sales Advisor

**Overview:** As a Fashion Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through our store to actively sell our products and providing customers with support and guidance. You will utilize your fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with all the relevant information they need for an exceptional experience. **Responsibilities:** • Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience • Use your fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information with customers • Actively promote and sell our products to customers • Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions • Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team • Participate in relevant available Onboarding, introduction processes, and trainings and courses relevant for your role and future development • *Qualifications:** We are looking for a motivated and fashion-conscious individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a strong understanding of fashion trends and products.
