Fashion Sales Advisor

**Overview:** As a Fashion Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through our fashion trends and products, and contributing to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house. If you're passionate about fashion, motivated by giving customers a great experience, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this may be the perfect role for you. **Responsibilities:** • Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service • Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store • Actively promote and sell our products to customers, including our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives • Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team • Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care • Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes • Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) • Support with garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends, and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines • Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on sales floor • Upkeep and follow best practice for any in-store OMNI Services and in-store tech services/tools, etc. (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.) * Support with opening and closing of the store • Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to role and responsibilities • *Qualifications:** • Passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store • Motivated by giving customers a great experience • Communicative, creative, and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented • Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries • Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment • *Benefits:** • Attractive benefits package with extensive development opportunities around the globe • Staff discount card, usable on all H&M Group brands in stores and online • Inclusion in our H&M Incentive Program - HIP • Access to comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, company match retirement plan, paid leave programs, and paid time off, including a community day to serve your local community
