Fashion Sales Advisor

**Overview:** As a Fashion Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sharing your fashion knowledge, and promoting our products to our customers. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, working together to deliver an outstanding customer experience. **Responsibilities:** • Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience • Use your fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with relevant information and support • Actively promote and sell our products to customers, and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences • Support with commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets • Maintain a high level of fashion and trend awareness, and share knowledge with colleagues • Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, and participate in garment presentation and replenishment • *Qualifications:** We are looking for candidates who are passionate about fashion, motivated by giving customers a great experience, and have excellent communication and sales skills. Prior experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, and knowledge of fashion and retail operations is an asset.
