Fashion Sales Advisor

**Overview:** As a Fashion Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through our stores to actively sell our products and provide customers with support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to provide our customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience. **Responsibilities:** • Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service • Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store • Actively promote and sell our products to customers • Representing yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions • Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team • Retain and share your service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues • Participate in relevant available Onboarding, introduction processes, and trainings and courses relevant for your role and future development • Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care • Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes • Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) • Support with garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends, and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines • Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on sales floor • Upkeep and follow best practice for any in-store OMNI Services and in-store tech services/tools, etc. (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.) * Support with opening and closing of the store • Following all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to role and responsibilities • *Qualifications:** • As a Fashion Sales Advisor, you will be passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store • Motivated by giving customers a great experience • You should also be communicative, creative, and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented • You should also enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment • Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries • *Benefits:** • We offer all our employees at H&M Group attractive benefits with extensive development opportunities around the globe • All our employees receive a staff discount card, usable on all our H&M Group brands in stores and online • Brands covered by the discount are H&M (Beauty and Move included), COS, Weekday, Monki, H&M HOME, & Other Stories, ARKET, Afound • In addition to our staff discount, all our employees are included in our H&M Incentive Program - HIP • We believe in supporting your overall wellbeing and offer comprehensive benefits inclusive of health insurance, wellness and family support programs, company match retirement plan, paid leave programs, and paid time off, including a community day to serve your local community • You'll be able to express your personal style with our employee discount at H&M, & Other Stories, and COS
