Fashion Sales Advisor**

**Overview:** As a Fashion Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through our fashion trends and products, and contributing to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house. You will work closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience and help drive sales and revenue growth. **Responsibilities:** • Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service • Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use your fashion and product knowledge to provide personalized recommendations • Use your product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information to customers • Actively promote and sell our products to customers, and support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team • Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers, etc. * Retain and share your service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues • Participate in relevant available Onboarding, introduction processes & trainings and courses relevant for your role & future development • Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care • Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice & processes • Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) • Support with garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends & stories according to visual & commercial guidelines • *Qualifications:** • Passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store • Motivated by giving customers a great experience • Communicative, creative, and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented • Experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment • Sales experience working in a fashion, retail, or other service-related industries • *Benefits:** • Attractive benefits package, including comprehensive health insurance, wellness and family support programs, company match retirement plan, paid leave programs, and paid time off, including a community day to serve your local community • Employee discount at H&M, & Other Stories, and COS • Participation in the H&M Incentive Program (HIP) • Opportunities for career growth and development within the company • Inclusive and diverse work environment, with a commitment to providing reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities • Access to our Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs) to find community and networking opportunities among colleagues
