Fashion Sales Advisor

**Overview:** As a Fashion Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house. **Responsibilities:** • Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available • Use your fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information with customers • Actively promote and sell our products to customers • Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team • Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions • Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care • Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes • Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) • Support with garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays • Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on sales floor • *Qualifications:** • Passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store • Motivated by giving customers a great experience • Communicative, creative, and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented • Experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment • Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries • *Benefits:** • Attractive benefits with extensive development opportunities around the globe • Staff discount card, usable on all H&M Group brands in stores and online • H&M Incentive Program - HIP • Inclusive and diverse workplace with opportunities for career growth and development • Comprehensive benefits inclusive of health insurance, wellness and family support programs, company match retirement plan, paid leave programs, and paid time off, including a community day to serve your local community
